    Characteristics

    High dimensional accuracy: Due to the use of precision molds and process control, the dimensional accuracy of castings can reach a high level, usually within ± 0.1mm, which can meet high-precision assembly and fitting requirements.
    Good surface quality: The casting surface is smooth, without defects such as sand holes and pores, and does not require extensive subsequent processing, which can meet high standards of appearance and functional requirements.

    Process method

    Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, is a traditional method for manufacturing high-precision and high-quality metal parts. By making wax molds, coating refractory materials, dewaxing, baking shells, pouring metal materials, and other steps, high-precision finished products can be obtained.
    Die casting: Pressing metal into a mold under high pressure to produce castings with accurate shape and size. Die casting process has stable structural dimensions, smooth surface, high one-time molding rate, and can manufacture some wide and thin-walled castings, commonly used in the production of automotive parts.
    Injection molding: High precision casting technology is formed by injecting molten metal into a mold under high pressure, followed by rapid cooling and solidification. Suitable for producing small and medium-sized castings, as well as precision castings with complex production processes or difficult pouring.
    Ceramic casting: a new process developed on the basis of ordinary sand casting, using ceramic slurry to make molds. The surface roughness of ceramic castings can reach Ra10~1.25 microns, and the dimensional accuracy can reach 3~5 levels, achieving the goal of minimal or no cutting.
    Metal sand casting: Using casting alloys as raw materials, sand cores or sand molds are made, and then metal liquid is poured. After the casting cools down, it is taken out to obtain high-precision, good surface quality, and seamless castings.
